Hey folks,I must admit, this forum is the first place I've heard of scuffing problems.I sell lots of compacts, but being in the high desert, most don't end up on peoples lawns. But there is obviously a serious problem here! please follow the following procedure when you have a problem and you want to know that Deere will made aware.First, see your dealer. Then go directly to the Service Manager.Explain your problem in detail, and ask if he would create a D.T.A.C. case.(Dlrs. refer to it as "dee-tack") This is the absolute best way to make Deere aware of any problems that are becoming a trend. These cases are given top priority at the factory level and will not be ignored. Be sure to have your ser. # and Hrs. available. Cust. svc. and other help lines serve a purpose but D.T.A.C cases are the best way to cut to the chase. Hope this can help.

Does this pertain to only turf tires? I get scuffing with R4s, but thought it was the tires, not the 4400. My 4400 is only two months old. Thanks ....
